About the Crate line
Pelican's Crate is a sealed, IP67-rated modular cargo case line for overland and vehicle storage, built around an exterior rail system (ModRail), MOLLE-compatible lid panels, and interlocking sizes. The 45L and 90L sizes share footprints so two cases stack and move as one load. Molded from Pelican's HPXC polymer, made in the USA, backed by Pelican's lifetime guarantee.
The Crate 90L (CR90) is the larger of Pelican's two sealed modular cargo cases, holding 90 liters at 17.5 pounds empty in a 32.2-by-20.2-inch footprint. It is molded from Pelican's HPXC polymer, rated IP67 against water and dust and marketed as crushproof against impact, made in the USA, and backed by Pelican's lifetime guarantee. The case carries Pelican's ModRail exterior rail system for tie-downs and accessories, MOLLE-compatible lid panels, interior dividers and trays, padlockable hasps, an automatic pressure-equalization valve, reinforced grab handles, and a multi-position lid that opens from either side. It interlocks and stacks with the 45L Crate so the two sizes move as one load.
